Clubs and Committee

Audit Committee

  • 7 members: A chairman, audit secretary, and 5 others.
  • Reviews financial records, ensures accountability, and prepares audit reports.

Disciplinary Committee

  • 6 members: A chairman and 5 others.
  • Handles disciplinary cases after investigating allegations against members or officers.

Welfare Committee

  • 5 members, led by the Welfare Director.
  • Plans and ensures a healthy and supportive environment for members.

Orientation Committee

  • 10 members, chaired by the Vice President.
  • Organizes welcome and orientation programs for new (Part 1) students.

AFANCSS Week Committee

  • All Executive Council members + 10 appointed non-executive members.
  • Plans and executes activities for the annual AFANCSS Week celebration.

Editorial Commission

  • Independent from the executive.
  • Headed by an Editor-in-Chief.
  • Handles journalism, publications (e.g., annual magazine), and manages editorial content.

Electoral Commission

  • 4 electoral officers from Part IV, III, and II.
  • Manages all elections within the association.

Election Petition Committee

  • 5 members including a chairman.
  • Handles election disputes and validates the integrity of elections.
